Refund Policy

Refunds of registration fees are processed as follows:

• Within one week of the first day of practice, 100% refund of registration fees paid to that date.

• Within three weeks of the first day of practice, 50% refund of registration fees paid to that date.

• After three weeks refunds will only be considered for extenuating circumstances. A request must be made to the Board President for a review and determination by the Board.
